Day 12: Raising the Wall

It is Day 12 and that means just two more day for us at the constructions site.  The wood was delivered this morning just as we arrived.  Our team quickly got to work making room for constructing the walls. 

Our organizers and cleaners were Cassie, Daniel, Logan, Kylie, LeeAnn, Courtney, Zoe and Dave.

Next we had to cut the wood and begin putting the walls together.  Our carpenters included Mariah, Michael and Sam.  The rest of us worked on constructing walls in each of the homes.

In total we have built three walls and raised one!  It was wonderful to see the progress from today and know that the first floor of our homes is beginning to look real!
